Hatha Yoga classes are an important part of maintaining physical strength and mental clarity. Physical movement aligned with knowledge of the subtle body contributes to feeling vibrant and healthy. The classes cater for all levels of fitness and needs. Classes include VINYASA, which is more dynamic and involves flowing movement, YIN, which focuses on staying longer in the pose to open the body in a different way and more deeply, RESTORATIVE, which is healing and restful, while a GENERAL HATHA class can include all of the above according to the weekly intention. Marisé teaches at Shining Hearts Wellness Studio in Torquay & at Elements Yoga & Wellness Center in Belmont. She also runs a community class at Sacred Heart College Wednesday 5pm and a Sunday morning General class is opening at Lakeside Yoga Studio in Gherang.
